Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used pharmaceutical, medical, skincare, or personal care products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error from Nova Cure (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
