Chamomile: Supports relaxation of tense muscles. Provides a comforting effect that may help ease menstrual cramps. Lavender : promote relaxation reduce the sensation of pain. Rosemary: Helps stimulate circulation in the applied area. Supports relief from muscle aches and tension.

2.5 ml is used inside the vagina once a day, preferably before bedtime, for 14 days.

Apply it to your abdomen and lower back 3–4 times daily during your menstrual cycle.
